How do you delete or edit an offline contribution?

I accidently added and offline contribution twice and I do not want my amount to be wrong. Is there a way to edit this information?

Hi Christin,

Thanks very much for contacting FirstGiving!

Removing/editing an offline donation once it has been posted by a fundraiser is actually only something FirstGiving support or the nonprofit you are fundraising for can do. I have gone ahead and removed the extra donation listed for Michael Miller.

Have a good day!

Help! I accidentally added an offline donation as $550.00 when it was $50.00. Can you edit Vicki's donation? Thanks Noah Sutter

Help! My "Gayle with matching gift from Pfizer" donation should actually only be for $100.... she already submitted her portion earlier.  Can you edit this?  Thanks

Help!   I posted an offline donation as $200 instead of $20  - it was from Rebecca Chappell.  Can you please delete the $200 donation?  Thank you!

Hi Anne,

All set - I've removed the $200 offline donation from Rebecca Chappell, so only the $20 donation from her is still listed on your page.

Have a great day!

Camille
