Hi Gene,

Sorry if you were confused by our email exchange. The donation will be settled between our system and the card processor by end of day today or early tomorrow morning. I have been checking the donation status every hour so that can issue a refund ASAP. Upon issuing the refund for the donation you will see a credit on your credit card in 3-5 business days. You can re-make your donation in the correct amount whenever you please. I will email you right after I issue the refund so you know the status.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Sincerely,

Chris Harvey

I am having a similar problem, I inadvertantly did a donation thinking this was a Canadian branch, when I realized that it was not, I asked for the donation to be refunded so I could donate in Canada, Camille said she would do it no problem.and that I would see it in a few days on my credit card.  It is allmost a month now and no one will answer any of my emails. Be awarw

Hi Leslie,

We're still waiting for the refund to process through from your credit card company - not sure why it's taking longer than usual but we have put in the refund request from this end.

Yesterday when I registered and made my donation, it somehow got duplicated. Is there a way to remove/refund one of my personal donations?

Hi!

I put in one person's donation twice and I don't know how to fix it!

The person's name is Lauralisa Karageorge and she donated $15.00
