Welcome to the Nonprofit Tips and Tricks section of FirstGiving's help site!

This section of our help area is different from the rest.  While the rest of the help area is a collection of articles for you to search through and read when you have a question or need assistance, this section additionally allows you to comment on the articles posted here.  So if you have thoughts or questions about any of the topics we address, feel free to post them!  Even better, if you have tips and tricks of your own that relate to something we mention, or if you've tried some of these approaches and want to talk about how they've worked out for you, please post a comment and let us know!

This will help other nonprofits who might be in a similar situation, and it will help FirstGiving as well.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Additionally, this section has both regular help articles as well as Best Practice in Action articles we've copied over from our blog.  Going forward, we'll be adding them here as they're posted on the blog.
