Your payment summary provides you with a listing of all funds your nonprofit has received from FirstGiving. Use this summary to:

  • See the total amount of payments for all time or for a specific time period
  • Reconcile the payments you've received

Reports should appear in your payment summary:

  • By the 15th of each month, if you receive funds by check
  • Every Friday morning if you receive funds by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

You can break down your summary by a date range. To see the payment details, click the green icon pmtdtls.gif next to the report you want to view. If you have questions, contact us--we’re happy to help.
