If someone would rather donate using a personal check, please contact the nonprofit directly and ask them how they prefer to receive it (do they want you to bring the check to the event, for instance, or mail it to them directly?).

FirstGiving only processes online donations.  Please make sure that any checks are made out to the nonprofit you are fundraising for, not to FirstGiving.

Don't forget to include the check amount by adding it as an offline donation on your fundraising page.
